How many people can I book for?
There is a general limit of 4 rooms for each hotel. However, if you have additional requirements, you should contact a member of our customer service team and they will be happy to facilitate you in any way possible. Please call +90533 8608595

How can I extend my stay or book more rooms?

Can I book over the phone or by email?
You can book over both ways, but all mail and telephone bookings must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is always recommended to assure availability but it is certainly possible to book at least 7 day as to your arrival date. For the same day reservations a telephone call might be needed in order us to check for an available room at the hotel.
Which credit cards can I book with?
You can use MasterCard, Visa, solo, Maestro and American Express. Please note that all bookings are 100% secure.
If I don't have a credit card, can I still book?
Unfortunately no. We require a valid credit card in order to issue your reservation.
Does the name on the credit card have to match the name on the reservation?
Not necessarily. However, if the name on the credit card does not match the reservation, we will require you to fax us a copy of the front and back of the card used and ID or Passport copy of the owner of the credit card.
